What we collect
We collect the information your practice provides — clinician accounts, client records, programs, audio recordings, and clinician notes. Children's identifiers are kept separate from clinical content where possible.
Where data lives
All data is stored on Australian infrastructure. Recordings sit in private storage with time-limited signed URLs. Database access is enforced with row-level security.
AI processing
Audio submitted by children is sent to a transcription provider for the sole purpose of generating a pronunciation score. We do not use your data to train third-party models.
Your rights
Practice owners can export or delete their practice's data at any time from the admin portal. Parents can request the same on behalf of their child.
