From assignment to session-ready, in five steps.
A weekly rhythm built around the way speech pathologists actually work.
Set up your practice
Create your practice, invite your team, and connect your first clients. Each client has a starting stage, unit, and difficulty — all editable.
Practice owners get an admin view with seat usage, billing, and a switcher into the clinician portal. Clinicians see only their assigned caseload. Everything is RLS-secured at the database level.
Build a program
Drag tasks from the built-in phonics library or from custom activities you've authored. Set due dates, toggle whether recording is required, publish.
On publish the parent receives a notification and the tasks appear in the child portal. You can save drafts, duplicate programs across clients, and revisit anything you've assigned.
Kids practise at home
Children open the child portal with a 4-digit PIN. They see today's tasks as friendly cards, tap to record, hear themselves play back, and earn stars.
Recordings are limited to 30 seconds and uploaded to private storage. Parents can listen in and add a note for you. The child portal uses Nunito and large touch targets — designed for ages 3–8.
AI scores every recording
Each submission is transcribed at the word level and scored against the target. You see a per-word breakdown, an overall score, and any flagged sounds.
Scoring runs automatically when a recording is uploaded. You can re-run AI scoring at any time, and you always have the final say — outcomes (Pass / Practice more / Skip) are clinician-driven.
Arrive prepared every session
Open the review queue, approve recordings, leave a quick voice note for the parent, and see difficulty suggestions based on the last 10 attempts.
Generate a printable session report in one click — practice header, period summary, recordings table, your notes. Adaptive difficulty suggestions are surfaced, never auto-applied.
